Returns & Exchanges Policy


Return an item couldn’t be easier. Check your purchases and if you feel like sending them back you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. We will collect from your work, home or alternative address that you will provide us.

Please make sure that items are returned new, unused and excellent condition with all labels, tags and packaging intact. 

Damaged Goods
Contact our customer service team in case you received damaged or altered goods and we will fully refund you without additional costs. If you wish to exchange your product we will sent you a coupon code to place your order from the beginning without extra costs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Non EU-Customers shall be subject to any charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearances, any import duty, quotes, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements, for which bears no liability.

Also be reminded that:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the day you received the product. It is necessary that the product is in excellent condition with its tags on, the receipt of the order and the special return form enclosed.
  • The refund process usually takes 14 working days, from the day we receive the return. This is because all returns must get through quality control before arriving at the refund department. In case the product is found faulty, the customer will be contacted and the refund or change will not be possible.
  • Refund cannot be processed to a) products that are altered or have brief expiry date, b) sealed goods that were returned unsealed, c) custom-made products upon request, d) underwear, perfumes or earring (for hygiene reasons) and e)edible or drinkable goods
  • For returns without any probable cause you will charged with delivery costs deducted from your final refund.
