HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Browse our online store and select the products that interest you. If you do not find the product you are interested in, you can search for it in the search field (check the magnifying glass field) by typing the keyword you know e.g. Cream or Aloe and click enter button.

Once you have found the products you are interested in, click on the "Buy Now" button and it will be added into your cart.

You can complete your order as a visitor or register to our online store. In both cases you will need to enter your Email Address & Your Name.

Fill in your billing and shipping information (all fields are necessary).

Choose your delivery preference and then a payment method, agree with our terms of use (by clicking the white box) and click on the Button checkout.

The completion of your order is followed by an order confirmation email showing the summary of your order to the email address registered during your information sign up.

 

WHICH ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

We are offering five different payment methods depending on the shipping-to-country:

-Cash on Delivery (available only for shipments to Greece & Cyprus)

-Pay at Store (available only for pickups from our flag stores in Athens)

-Debit/Credit/Prepaid Cards

-Deposit or Transfer to our Corporate Bank Account

-Paypal

 

WHAT ABOUT SECURE TRANSACTIONS?

Piece of cake! Our online store www.aloedicreta.com uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol for safe, online business transactions authorized by Rapid SSL. All your sensitive, personal data such as credit card, addresses or contact information are encrypted and cannot be read or changed while web-transferred. Our eshop operates with compliance to PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Card Security Standard) through the National Bank E-Commerce Transaction Platform.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order only if your order’s status allows that. That being said, you are able to cancel your order within 3-4 hours after the completion of your purchase. In order to cancel an order you need to contact us at  +30 211 212 3800 or email us at orders@aloedicreta.com .

 

WHY MY CREDIT/DEBIT OR PREPAID CARD IS DECLINED?
There are many reasons why your card can be declined. In any case you need to contact your issuing bank.

WHO CAN ASSIST ME IN CASE OF A PROBLEM?

CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER?
You can add an item to your order only if your order’s status allows that. That being said, you are able to cancel your order within 3-4 hours after the completion of your purchase. If you need to add a product after the completion of your purchase you should follow one option from below:

- Make a second order and request a merge with your previous order. Don’t forger to write down your previous order number.

- Call us at  +30 211 212 3800 , tell us your name,  your order’s no & the product that you want to be added.

- Send us an email to orders@aloedicreta.com tell us your name,  your order’s no & the product that you want to be added.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A PRODUCT IS MISSING FROM MY PARCEL?
In case of a missing product you need to contact us at +30 211 212 3800  or email us at orders@aloedicreta.com , tell us your name, order No and which product is missing. If the product is still available it will be shipped without extra shipping cost otherwise your account will be refunded.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order if you choose to register and not to complete your purchase as a guest. An email with your tracking number is sent to your email the moment that the courier gets your parcel.
In any case a SMS is sent by the courier on the day of the scheduled delivery.

MY DELIVERY IS DELAYED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In case of delivery delay and you don’t know the tracking number of your parcel call us at +30 211 212 3800  or email us at info@aloedicreta.commentioning your name & order no

If you know your order’s tracking you can directly contact the courier company mentioned on the email that enclosed your tracking number.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM ABSENT DURING THE DELIVERY OF MY PARCEL?
If you are absent during the delivery of your parcel the courier company will inform you by sms or email for the failed delivery.
They will retry to delivery for two more times and then return your parcel to www.aloedicreta.com and your order will be considered as cancelled.

WHAT ABOUT RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
You can request return or exchange of your items within 14 days from the receipt of your order.

If the product is faulty then you are fully refunded by choosing one of the following options.

-         Coupon Code: we issue a coupon for your next purchase that equals the amount that you paid for your order.

-         Bank Refund: we deposit the money amount within 15 days to your bank account. 

If you are not satisfied with your order or with one of the items you will partially refunded (you will be charged for shipping costs) by choosing one of the following options1.

-         Coupon Code: we issue a coupon for your next purchase that equals the amount that you paid for your order.

-         Bank Refund: we deposit the money amount within 15 days to your bank account. 

PLEASE NOTE: It is an obligatory condition to return the product/s in their initial package and in the same perfect condition in which you received them, followed by the relevant payment receipt, including the item’s tags otherwise your return will not be processed.

You cannot return or exchange edible & potable products, lingerie & earrings.

IS THERE EXTRA CHARGES FOR RETURNS?
In case you are returning products due to personal reasons that are not www.aloedicreta.com faults you will be charges for shipping costs which will be deducted from your refund.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY RETURN HAS ARRIVED?
Save the tracking number of your return and you can track when it arrived to our warehouse.

In any case as soon as we receive your parcel we will process your request. Expect your refund within 15 working days.
